As a passionate Life Coach and Mindfulness Teacher my mission is to inspire others to achieve their full potential. I believe we all have the power to live the lives of our dreams, we just have to get out of our own way!

After completing my Bachelor of Arts at York University, I obtained a Masters degree in Humanities, with a focus on ancient religious traditions and interdisciplinary cultural studies. Shortly thereafter, I realized that education was where I needed to be and pursued a Master of Education. After completing this degree and working as an occasional teacher for five years, I have finally discovered that teaching was my passion but within the domain of personal development, motivational speaking, and self-awareness.

I am a Professional Life Coach and Director of the Mindfulness program at the Pain and Wellness Centre in Vaughan, Ontario. I work one-on-one and in group settings with people looking to reduce chronic physical and emotional pain, manage stress and anxiety, and to find health and wellness through mindfulness and meditation. I attained a specialist certificate in Applied Mindfulness and Meditation at the University of Toronto and I am a trained facilitator of Mindfulness-Based Chronic Pain Management (MBCPM). I received my designation as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through one of the best ICF accredited programs that exist today, IPEC. I am also an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner.
