Step 1: Develop mindful awareness

Through meditation techniques and mindfulness exercises, you will learn how to observe your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and physical sensations without judgment. This is an important first step to learning how to live authentically.

Step 2: Turn Self-Criticism to Self-Compassion

Self-Criticism is damaging. The more hurtful you are to yourself, the more negative feelings you will have about the world, and ultimately the more stress you will have. In order to live authentically, you must get familiar with your own inner-critic and learn how to work with it. Together we will get down and dirty with the little gremlin who lives inside your head and assign a more constructive and supportive role for it, so that you can stop believing the messages. The objective is to substitute self-criticism for self-compassion.

Step 3: Find your Purpose

Studies show that the more meaning we have in our lives, the happier and healthier we are. Finding your purpose is essential for living authentically. What drives you? What motivates you? What sparks joy? Together we will uncover your core values and beliefs, discover your deepest desires, and build a strategy to get you aligned with your highest potential.

The result? After working with me you will start living the life you deserve. You will recognize all the energy draining thoughts and behaviours that have been keeping you stuck. You will have the confidence to live according to your values and beliefs. You will be AUTHENTIC in every way.
